By booking an appointment with Hair by Nicole Jade , you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked through the website, by phone, in person, or via our social media platforms. Once your booking is received, you will receive a confirmation message.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. However, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than [10–15] minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service.
4. Service Guarantee
Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can offer a reasonable resolution. Adjustments may be offered at the salon’s discretion.
5. Photos and Social Media
We may request to take before-and-after photos of your hair or service results for our portfolio or social media. You will be asked for verbal consent before any images are used.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during booking will be used solely for appointment management and will not be shared without your consent.
